- (๒) วัตถุที่ประสงค์ของมูลนิธิ
- (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานของมูลนิธิ แม้จะพึงมี
- (๔) ข้อบังคับสำหรับจัดการมูลนิธิ
- (๕) การแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการทั้งหลายของมูลนิธิ
