มาตรา 145
- คู่สัญญาผู้ให้ความยินยอมอันพิรุธเพราะความสำคัญผิดก็ดี กลฉ้อฉลก็ดี การข่มขู่ก็ดี เมื่อได้รู้ความสำคัญผิด ฤๅกลฉ้อฉล ฤๅเมื่อการข่มขู่สุดสิ้นลงแล้ว อาจจะให้สัตยาบัน คือ เห็นชอบด้วยภายหลังสัญญานั้นได้
