มาตรา 151
- สัญญาใดมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) เป็นอันพ้นวิสัยจะทำได้ก็ดี
- (๒) ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายก็ดี
- (๓) ขัดต่อรัฐประศาสโนบาย ฤๅความปลอดภัยแห่งบุคคลฤๅทรัพย์สินก็ดี
- ท่านว่าสัญญานั้นเป็นโมฆะ
