- ผู้จัดการนั้นต้องบอกกล่าวแก่ตัวการทันที ว่าตนทำการแทน
- แต่ถ้าตัวการรู้อยู่แล้วว่าผู้จัดการนั้นทำการแทนตน ก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องบอกกล่าว
