มาตรา 233
- ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันคนหนึ่งเรียกให้ชำระหนี้ ลูกหนี้อาจข้อต่อสู้เจ้าหนี้นั้นได้ดังนี้ คือ
- (๑) ข้อต่อสู้ที่เป็นการเฉภาะตัวเจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนนั้น และ
- (๒) ข้อต่อสู้ในบทกฎหมายส่วนที่ ๒ ซึ่งว่าด้วยเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันนี้
