มาตรา 477
- เมื่อใดการรบกวนขัดสิทธินั้นเกิดเปนคดีขึ้นระหว่างผู้ซื้อกับบุคคลภายนอก ผู้ซื้อชอบที่จะขอให้ศาลเรียกผู้ขายเข้าเปนจำเลยร่วมฤๅเปนโจทก์ร่วมกับผู้ซื้อในคดีนั้นได้ เพื่อศาลจะได้วินิจฉัยชี้ขาดข้อพิพาทระหว่างผู้เป็นคู่กรณีทั้งหลายรวมไปเปนคดีเดียวกัน

- In any case of disturbance where an action arises between the buyer and a third person, the buyer is entitled to summon the seller to appear in the action to be joint defendant or joint plaintiff with the buyer.
