มาตรา 577
- นายจ้างจะโอนสิทธิของตนให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกก็ได้เมื่อลูกจ้างยินยอมพร้อมใจด้วย
- ลูกจ้างจะให้บุคคลภายนอกทำงารแทนตนได้ ก็ต่อเมื่อนายจ้างจะยินยอมพร้อมด้วย
- ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดทำการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัตินี้ คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งจะเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้

- [I] The employer may transfer his right to a third person only with the consent of the employee.
- [II] The employee can have a third person render the services in his place only with the consent of the employer.
- [III] If either party acts contrary to this provision, the other party may determine the contract.
