- ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการทำสัญญาก็ดี ค่าส่งมอบและค่าส่งคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งยืมก็ดี ย่อมตกแก่ผู้ยืมเปนผู้เสีย
