มาตรา 650
- อันว่ายืมใช้สิ้นเปลืองนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งผู้ให้ยืมโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินชนิดใช้ไปสิ้นไปนั้นเปนปริมาณมีกำหนดให้ไปแก่ผู้ยืม โดยเงือนไขว่าผู้ยืมจะพึงคืนทรัพย์สินเปนประเภท ชนิด และปริมาณเช่นเดียวกันให้แทนทรัพย์สินซึ่งให้ยืมนั้น
- สัญญานี้ย่อมบริบูรณ์เมื่อส่งมอบทรัพย์สินที่ยืม

- [I] A loan for consumption is a contract whereby the lender transfers to the borrower the ownership of a certain quantity of property which is consumed in the user on the condition that the borrower shall return a property of the same kind, quality and quantity.
- [II] The contract is complete only on delivery of the property.
