- ผู้ค้ำประกันไม่จำต้องชำระหนี้ก่อนถึงเวลากำหนดที่จะชำระ แม้ลูกหนี้จะได้เสียประโยชน์แห่งเงื่อนเวลาไปแล้ว
Section 687. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The surety is not bound to perform the obligation before the time fixed for performance, although the debtor may have lost the benefit of the time clause.
