มาตรา 858
- ถ้าคู่สัญญามิได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้หักทอนบัญชีโดยระยะเวลาอย่างไรไซร้ ท่านให้ถือเอาเปนกำหนดหกเดือน

- If the parties have not fixed the period for striking the balance, such period shall be six months.
