มาตรา 910

• ตราสารอันมีรายการขาดตกบกพร่องไปจากที่ท่านระบุบังคับไว้ในมาตราก่อนนี้ ย่อมไม่สมบูรณ์เป็นตั๋วแลกเงิน เว้นแต่ในกรณีดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
• ตั๋วแลกเงินซึ่งไม่ระบุเวลาใช้เงิน ท่านให้ถือว่าพึงใช้เงินเมื่อได้เห็น
• ถ้าสถานที่ใช้เงินมิได้แถลงไว้ในตั๋วแลกเงิน ท่านให้ถือเอาภูมิลำเนาของผู้จ่ายเป็นสถานที่ใช้เงิน
• ถ้าตั๋วแลกเงินไม่แสดงให้ปรากฏสถานที่ออกตั๋ว ท่านให้ถือว่าตั๋วเงินนั้นได้ออก ณ ภูมิลำเนาของผู้สั่งจ่าย
• ถ้าในตั๋วแลกเงินมิได้จดแจ้งวันออกตั๋วเงิน ท่านว่าผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินผู้ทำการโดยสุจริตจะจดวันเช่นนั้นลงก็ได้

• [I] An instrument in which any of the requirements specified in the foregoing section is wanting, is invalid as a bill of exchange, except in the following cases :
• [II] A bill of exchange in which no time of payment is specified is deemed to be payable at sight.
• [III] If the place where payment is to be effected is not stated in a bill of exchange, the domicile of the drawee shall be considered to be the place of payment.
• [IV] A bill of exchange which does not show the place at which it was drawn is considered as having been drawn at the domicile of the drawer.
• [V] If a bill of exchange does not mention the date on which it was drawn, any lawful holder, acting in good faith, may insert such date.
