มาตรา 943
- อันการถึงกำหนดแห่งตั๋วแลกเงินซึ่งสั่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันใดอันหนึ่งนับแต่วันได้เห็นนั้น ท่านให้กำหนดนับแต่วันรับรอง ฤๅวันคัดค้าน
- ถ้าไม่มีคำคัดค้าน และคำรับรองมิได้ลงวัน ท่านให้ถือว่าผู้รับรองได้ให้คำรับรองนั้นในวันท้ายแห่งกำหนดเวลาซึ่งจำกัดไว้ตามกฎหมาย ฤๅตามสัญญาเพื่อการยื่นตั๋วนั้น

- [I] The maturity of a bill of exchange payable at a certain period after sight is determined either by the date of the acceptance, or by the date of the protest.
- [II] In the absence of the protest, an undated acceptance is deemed so far as regards the acceptor to have been given on the last day of the limit of time for presentment either legal or contractual.
