มาตรา 1013
- อันห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น ท่านกำหนดเปนสามประเภท คือ
- (๑) ห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ
- (๒) ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด
- (๓) บริษัทจำกัด
