มาตรา 1118
- อันหุ้นนั้น ท่านว่าจะแบ่งแยกหาได้ไม่
- ถ้าบุคคลมีจำนวนแต่สองคนขึ้นไปถือหุ้น ๆ เดียวร่วมกัน ท่านว่าต้องตั้งให้คนใดคนหนึ่งในจำนวนนั้นแต่คนเดียวเปนผู้ใช้สิทธิในฐานเปนผู้ถือหุ้น
- อนึ่ง บุคคลทั้งหลายซึ่งถือหุ้น ๆ เดียวร่วมกัน ต้องร่วมกันรับผิดต่อบริษัทในการส่งใช้มูลค่าของหุ้น

- [I] Shares and indivisible.
- [II] If a share is held by two or more persons in common, they must appoint one of them to exercise their rights as shareholders.
- [III] Persons holding a share in common are jointly liable to the company for the payment of the amount of the share.
