- บันดาเงินค่าหุ้นซึ่งยังจะต้องส่งอีกนั้น กรรมการจะเรียกให้ผู้ถือหุ้นส่งใช้เมื่อใดก็ได้ เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่จะได้วินิจฉัยเปนอย่างอื่น
