- ถ้าและเงินอันจะพึงส่งใช้เปนค่าหุ้นตามเรียกนั้น ผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดมิได้ส่งใช้ตามวันกำหนดไซร้ ผู้นั้นจำต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยนับแต่วันที่กำหนดให้ส่งใช้จนถึงวันที่ได้ส่งเสร็จ
Section 1122. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- If the call payable in respect of any share has not been paid on the day fixed for payment thereof, the holder of such share is bound to pay interest from the day fixed for payment to the time of the actual payment.
