- บริษัทจำกัดจะลดทุนของบริษัทลงด้วยลดมูลค่าแต่ละหุ้น ๆ ให้ต่ำลง ฤๅลดจำนวนหุ้นให้น้อยลงโดยมติพิเศษของประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นก็ได้
