มาตรา 1231
- มูลค่าหุ้นกู้ใบหนึ่ง ท่านมิให้ต่ำกว่าห้าสิบบาทหุ้นกู้ทุก ๆ หุ้นต้องส่งใช้เปนเงิน

- [I] The amount of a debenture may not be less than fifty baht.
- [II] Every debenture must be paid in money.
