มาตรา 390
- ถ้าในสัญญาใดคู่สัญญาเป็นบุคคลหลายคนด้วยกันอยู่ข้างหนึ่งหรืออีกข้างหนึ่ง ท่านว่าจะใช้สิทธิเลิกสัญญาได้ก็แต่เมื่อบุคคลเหล่านั้นทั้งหมดรวมกันใช้ ทั้งใช้ต่อบุคคลเหล่านั้นรวมหมดทุกคนด้วย ถ้าสิทธิเลิกสัญญาอันมีแก่บุคคลหนึ่งในจำพวกที่มีสิทธินั้นเป็นอันระงับสิ้นไปแล้ว สิทธิเลิกสัญญาอันมีแก่คนอื่นๆก็ย่อมระงับสิ้นไปด้วย

- If in a contract there are several persons on the one or the other side, the right of rescission may be exercised only by all and against all. If the right of rescission is extinguished in respect of one of those persons entitled, also in respect of the others.

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- German Civil Code (1896), Sec.356;
- If in a contract there are several persons on the one or the other side, the right of rescission may be exercised only by all and against all. If the right of rescission is extinguished in respect of one of those persons entitled, it is extinguished also in respect of the others.
