มาตรา 507
- ทรัพย์สินอันผู้ซื้อจะพึงตรวจดูก่อนที่จะส่งมอบแก่กันนั้น ถ้าผู้ซื้อไม่ตรวจรับภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้โดยสัญญาหรือโดยพระเพณี หรือโดยคำบอกกล่าวของผู้ขาย ท่านว่าผู้ขายย่อมไม่มีความผูกพันต่อไป

- If the property is to be examined by the buyer before delivery and the buyer does not examine and accept it within the time fixed by the contract, usage or notification from the seller, the latter is no longer bound.
