- ถ้าผู้รับจ้างเป็นผู้จัดหาสัมภาระไซร้ ความรับผิดของผู้รับจ้างในการบกพร่องนั้น ท่านให้บังคับด้วยบทแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ลักษณะซื้อขาย
