มาตรา 645
- ในกรณีทั้งหลายดั่งกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๔๓ นั้นก็ดี หรือถ้าผู้ยืมประพฤติฝ่าฝืนต่อความในมาตรา ๖๕๔ ก็ดี ผู้ให้ยืมจะบอกเลิกสัญญาก็ได้
