มาตรา 732
- ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองขายทอดตลาดได้เงินเป็นจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ท่านให้จัดใช้แก่ผู้รับจำนองเรียงตามลำดับ และถ้ายังมีเงินเหลืออยู่อีก ก็ให้ส่งมอบแก่ผู้จำนอง
Section 732. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The net proceeds of the auction shall be distributed to the mortgagees according to their ranks, and the surplus, if any, shall be delivered to the mortgagor.
