มาตรา 785
- สินค้าซึ่งเก็บรักษาไว้นั้นอาจจำนำได้แต่ด้วยสลักหลังประทวนสินค้า เมื่อประทวนสินค้าได้สลักหลังแล้ว สินค้านั้นจะจำนำแก่ผู้อื่นอีกชั้นหนึ่งด้วยสลักหลังใบรับของคลังสินค้าอย่างเดียวกับสลักหลังประทวนสินค้านั้นก็ได้

- The goods stored can be pledged only by indorsement of the warrant. After the warrant has been indorsed, the goods may be pledged to a second pledgee by indorsing the warehouse receipt in the same way as a warrant.
