มาตรา 826
- เหตุดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ ย่อมทำให้สัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไป คือ
- (๑) ตัวการถอนตัวแทน
- (๒) ตัวแทนบอกเลิกเปนตัวแทน
- (๓) ตัวการฤๅตัยแทนตาย
- (๔) ตัวการกลายเปนผู้ไร้ความสามารถ

- Agency is extinguished:
- (1) By the principal revoking the agency.
- (2) By the agent renouncing the agency.
- (3) By the death of the principal or of the agent.
- (4) By the principal becoming incapacitated.
