มาตรา 951
- การรับรองด้วยสอดเข้าแก้หน้า ย่อมมีได้ในบันดากรณีซึ่งผู้ทรงมีสิทธิไล่เบี้ยได้ก่อนถึงกำหนดตามตั๋วเงินอันเปนตั๋วสามารถจะรับรองได้
- การรับรองด้วยสอดเข้าแก้หน้านั้น ผู้ทรงจะบอกปัดเสียก็ได้ แม้ถึงว่าบุคคลผู้ซึ่งบ่งไว้ว่าจะเปนผู้รับรอง ฤๅใช้เงินยามประสงค์นั้นจะเปนผู้เสนอเข้ารับรองก็บอกปัดได้
- ถ้าผู้ทรงยอมให้เข้ารับรองแล้ว ผู้ทรงย่อมเสียสิทธิไล่เบี้ยก่อนถึงกำหนดเอาแก่คู่สัญญาทั้งหลายซึ่งต้องรับผิดต่อตน

- [I] There may be acceptance by intervention in all cases where the holder has the right of recourse before maturity on a bill which is capable of acceptance.
- [II] The holder may refuse an acceptance by intervention, even when it is offered by a person designated to accept or pay in case of need.
- [III] If he permits the acceptance he loses his right of recourse before maturity against the parties liable to him.
