มาตรา 1127
- ให้บริษัททำใบหุ้น คือใบสำคัญสำหรับหุ้นใบหนึ่งฤๅหลายใบ มอบให้เปนคู่มือแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นจงทุก ๆ คน
- เมื่อมอบใบหุ้นนั้น จะเรียกค่าธรรมเนียมก็ได้ สุดแต่กรรมการจะกำหนด แต่มิให้เกินห้าสิบสตางค์

- [I] A certificate or certificates shall be delivered to each shareholder for the shares held by him.
- [II] The delivery of a certificate may be subject to the payment of such fee, not exceeding fifty satang, as the directors may decide.
