มาตรา 1272
- ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้อง
- (๑) ห้างหุ้นส่านฤๅบริษัท
- (๒) ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
- (๓) ผู้ชำระบาญชีคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
- เมื่อพ้นเวลาสองปีนับแต่วันที่ได้จดทะเบียนการชำระบาญชีเสร็จ

- Actions against:
- (1) The partnership or company,
- (2) The partners or shareholders as such,
- (3) The liquidators as such,
- cannot be entered later than two years after the registration of the end of the liquidation.
