มาตรา 1287
- ถ้าสมาชิกฤๅผู้จดการของสมาคมคนหนึ่งคนใดกระทำการเพื่อดำเนิรความประสงค์ร่วมกันนั้นโดยลเมิด ท่านว่าสมาคมต้องรับผิดในผลแห่งการลเมิดนั้น

- An association is jointly liable with the wrongdoer for the consequences of the wrongful acts which any of its members or managers may commit in pursuance of their common undertaking.
