มาตรา 91
- ถ้าผู้จัดการทั้งหลายจัดการผิดพลาดเสื่อมเสียก็ดี ทำการฝ่าฝืนข้อความแห่งตราสารก่อตั้งมูลนิธิก็ดี เมื่อพนักงานอัยยการ หรือผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนใดคนหนึ่งร้องขอต่อศาลๆ จะถอดถอนผู้จัดการและตั้งแต่งผู้จัดการขึ้นใหม่คนหนึ่งหรือหลายคนก็ได้

- If the managers mismanage or act contrary to the instrument creating the foundation, the Court may on application of the Public Prosecutor or any interested person, dismiss the managers and appoint one or more new managers.
