- เดือนและปีนั้น ให้นับอย่างสุริยคติกาลตามปฏิทินในราชการ
- ต้นเดือนคือวันที่ ๑ แห่งเดือน
- กลางเดือนคือวันที่ ๑๕ แห่งเดือน
- ปลายเดือนคือวันสุดท้ายแห่งเดือน
