มาตรา 171
- บุคคลใดได้ส่งสินใช้ที่ไม่จำจะต้องใช้ก็ดี ฤๅที่จะไม่ต้องใช้ต่อไปแล้วก็ดี โดยเชื่อว่าสินใช้นั้นยังค้างไซร้ ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นมีสิทธิจะได้คืนจากบุคคลผู้ได้รับสินใช้ไปเป็นลาภมิควรได้เช่นนั้น
