มาตรา 458
- กรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินที่ขายนั้น ย่อมโอนจากผู้ขายไปยังผู้ซื้อในขณะเมื่อสัญญาซื้อขายสำเร็จบริบูรณ์
