มาตรา 575

• อันว่าจ้างแรงงารนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าลูกจ้าง ตกลงจะทำงารให้แก่บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่านายจ้าง และนายจ้างตกลงจะให้สินจ้างตลอดเวลาที่ทำงารให้
