มาตรา 601
- ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องผู้รับจ้างเมื่อพ้นปีหนึ่ง นับแต่วันการชำรุดบกพร่องได้ปรากฏขึ้น

- No action against the contractor can be entered later than one year after the defect appeared.
