มาตรา 630
- ผู้ขนส่งชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงเอาของไว้ก่อนได้ตามที่จำเปน เพื่อประกันการใช้เงินค่ารวางพาหนะและอุปกรณ์

- The carrier is entitled to retain the goods necessary to secure payment of freight and accessories.
