มาตรา 634

• ผู้รับขนส่งจะต้องรับผิดต่อคนโดยสารในความเสียหายอันเกิดแก่ตัวเขา ฤๅในความเสื่อมเสียอย่างใดๆ อันเปนผลโดยตรงแต่การที่ต้องชักช้าในการขนส่ง เว้นแต่การเสียหายฤๅชักช้านั้น เกิดแต่เหตุสุดวิสัย ฤๅเกิดแต่ความผิดของผู้โดยสารนั้นเอง

• The carrier of passengers is liable to a passenger for personal injuries and for the damages immediately resulting from a delay suffered by reason of the transportation, unless the injury or delay is caused by force majeure or by the fault of such passenger.
