มาตรา 671
- ในข้อความรับผิดเพื่อใช้เงินบำเหน็จค่าฝากทรัพย์ก็ดี ชดใช้เงินค่าใช้จ่ายก็ดี ใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนแก่การฝากทรัพย์ก็ดี ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องร้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันสิ้นสัญญา

- No action for remuneration, reimbursement of expenses or compensation in connection with a deposit can be entered later than six months after the extinction of the contract.
