มาตรา 831

• อันความระงับสิ้นไปแห่งสัญญาตัวแทนนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้น เปนข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอกผู้ทำการโดยสุจริต เว้นแต่บุคคลภายนอกหากไม่ทราบความนั้นเพราะความประมาทเลินเล่อของตนเอง
