มาตรา 850

• อันว่าปรานีปรานอมนั้น คือ สัญญาซึ่งผู้เปนคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายระงับข้อพิพาทอันใดอันหนึ่งซึ่งมีอยู่ ฤๅจะมีขึ้นนั้น ให้เสร็จไปด้วยต่างยอมผ่อนผันให้แก่กัน
