- อันตั๋วเงินตามความหมายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้มีสามประเภท ๆ หนึ่ง คือตั๋วแลกเงิน ประเภทหนึ่ง คือตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน ประเภทหนึ่ง คือเช็ค

- Bills, within the meaning of this Code, are of three kinds, namely : bills of exchange, promissory notes and cheques.
