- บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในหมวด ๒ อันว่าด้วยตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ท่านให้ยกมาบังคับคดีเช็คด้วย เพียงที่ไม่ขัดกับสภาพแห่งตราสารชนิดนี้

- The provisions of Chapter II concerning Bills of Exchange apply to Cheques in so far as they are not inconsistent with the nature of this instrument.
