มาตรา 1004

• เมื่ออายุความสะดุดหยุดลงเพราะการอันหนึ่งอันใดซึ่งกระทำแก่คู่สัญญาแห่งตั๋วเงินฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง ท่านว่าย่อมมีผลสะดุดหยุดลงเพียงแต่แก่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้น

• When a prescription is interrupted by any act towards any party to a bill the interruption shall have effect against such party only.
