มาตรา 1090
- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิด จะประกอบการค้าขายอย่างใด ๆ เพื่อประโยชน์ตนฤๅเพื่อประโยชน์บุคคลภายนอกก็ได้ แม้ว่าการงารเช่นนั้นจะมีสภาพเปนอย่างเดียวกันกับการค้าขายของห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ไม่ห้าม

- Partners with limited liability may carry on any business, either on their own account or on the account of third persons, even if such business is of the same nature as that of the partnership.
