มาตรา 1136
- ผู้ทรงใบหุ้นชนิดออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ ย่อมมีสิทธิจะมาขอเปลี่ยนเอาใบหุ้นชนิดระบุชื่อได้ เมื่อเวนคืนใบหุ้นฉบับออกให้แก่ผู้ถือนั้นให้ขีดฆ่าเสีย
Section 1136. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The holder of a certificate to bearer is entitled to receive a name-certificate on surrendering the certificate to bearer for cancellation.
