มาตรา 1140
- ผู้ถือหุ้นชอบที่จะเรียกให้ส่งสอบสำเนาทะเบียนเช่นว่านั้น ฤๅแต่ตอนหนึ่งตอนใดแก่ตนได้ เมื่อเสียค่าสำเนาห้าสิบสตางค์ต่อร้อยคำ

- Any shareholder is entitled to require a copy of such register or of any part thereof to be delivered to him on payment of fifty satang for every hundred words required to be copied.
