มาตรา 1181

• ผู้นั่งเปนประธานจะเลื่อนการประชุมใหญ่ใด ๆ ไปเวลาอื่นโดยความยินยอมของที่ประชุมก็ได้ แต่ในที่ประชุมซึ่งได้เลื่อนมานั้น ท่านมิให้ปรึกษากิจการอันใดนอกไปจากที่ค้างมาแต่วันประชุมก่อน

• The chairman may, with the consent of the meeting, adjourn any general meeting, but no business may be transacted at any adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the original meeting.
