มาตรา 1215

• เมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นในบริษัทมีจำนวนรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งในห้าของจำนวนหุ้นทั้งหมด ทำเรื่องราวร้องขอไซร้ ให้เสนาบดีเจ้าน่าที่ตั้งผู้ตรวจอันทรงความสามารถ จะเปนคนเดียวฤๅหลายคนก็ตาม ไปตรวจการงารของบริษัทจำกัดนั้น และทำรายงารยื่นให้ทราบ
• ก่อนที่จะตั้งผู้ตรวจเช่นนั้น เสนาบดีจะบังคับให้คนทั้งหลายผู้ยื่นเรื่องราววางประกัน เพื่อรับออกเงินค่าใช้สอยในการตรวจนั้นก็ได้

• [I] Upon the application of shareholders holding not less than one-fifth part of the shares of the company, the competent Minister shall appoint one or more competent inspectors to examine into the affairs of any limited company and to report thereon.
• [II] The Minister, before appointing any such inspector, may require the applicants to give security for payment of the expenses of the inspection.
