- บทบัญญัติแห่ง มาตรา ๑๑๗๒ จนถึงมาตรา ๑๑๙๓ กับมาตรา ๑๑๙๕ มาตรา ๑๒๐๗ เหล่านี้ ท่านให้ใช้บังคับแก่การประชุมใหญ่ซึ่งมีขึ้นในระวางชำระบาญชี อนุโลมตามควรแก่บท
Section 1273. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The provisions of Sections 1172 to 1193, inclusive 1195 and 1207, apply to general meetings held during liquidation mutatis mutandis.
